Hawaii mortgage rates go down to 4.29%

Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Hawaii mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 8 basis points from 4.37% to 4.29% on Wednesday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.21% (NM) to the highest rate of 4.92% (NV). Currently, Hawaii mortgage rates are 9 basis points lower than the national average of 4.38%.

The Hawaii mortgage rate on July 21, 2010, is down 8 basis points from last week's average Hawaii rate of 4.37%.
