Zillow Mortgage Marketplace's current mortgage rates in Hawaii for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 1 basis points from 3.76% to 3.75% on Tuesday. State mortgage rates today ranged from the lowest rate of 3.68% (NH) to the highest rate of 3.85% (AZ). Hawaii mortgage rates today are equal to the national average of 3.75%.
The Hawaii mortgage interest rate on October 4, 2011, is down 13 basis points from last week's average Hawaii rate of 3.88%.
