Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Hawaii mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 8 basis points from 4.96% to 4.88% on Friday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.72% (KS) to the highest rate of 5.25% (AR, DE, OK). Currently, Hawaii mortgage rates are 6 basis points lower than the national average of 4.94%.
The Hawaii mortgage rate on April 16, 2010, is down 9 basis points from last week's average Hawaii rate of 4.97%.
