Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Hawaii mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 7 basis points from 4.28% to 4.35% on Friday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.20% (NM, VT) to the highest rate of 4.81% (NV). Currently, Hawaii mortgage rates are 1 basis points lower than the national average of 4.36%.

The Hawaii mortgage rate on July 23, 2010, is up 1 basis point from last week's average Hawaii rate of 4.34%.
