Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Hawaii mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages increased 6 basis points from 4.48% to 4.54% on Friday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.38% (VI) to the highest rate of 4.59% (VT). Currently, Hawaii mortgage rates are 6 basis points higher than the national average of 4.48%.

The Hawaii mortgage rate on December 3, 2010, is up 19 basis points from last week's average Hawaii rate of 4.35%.
